BDM Development Manager (Telco ICT)
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing business through existing small to medium business customers along with acquiring new business through cold calling prospective leads.
Win new business through cold calling and canvassing
Provide a whole of business solution that meets the clients’ telecommunications needs (PABX, IP, Telephony, Data)
See through the successful completion on the sales process from initial call through to installation of the system
Meet a monthly revenue target
Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all new and existing clients
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess
A drive to achieve and exceed targets
Previous experience in the Telecommunication industry
An understanding of PABX phone systems
A detailed understanding of the sales process and solution selling methodologies
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Develop and manage key corporate and business relationships
Ability to work autonomously
Comprehensive product and system training with ongoing coaching and development
Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions
